Cambodia: Punishment Law
This is an example of the punishment that one of the country in Southest asia (Cambodia) do to protect the Sun bear specie. The punishment is that if the government find any Sun bear being kept inside cages, illegal pet trade and being sold in the marke. They will have to pay trible the amount of Sun bear price on the market which is about $3,000 to the government.
Malaysia: Punishement Law
Malaysia goverment punishment law is that if the goverment found out that you did something illegal that you are not suppose to do to Sun bear you wil have to pay RM50,000 which is USD15,274.15 to the goverment or stay in jail for 5 years. If you did something even more worst and serious to Sun Bear you might even end up paying to the government and stay in jail.
As the country in Southest asia started to reinforce all of these law into the society it have really help to maintain the Sun bear population so it wouldn't decrease that fast. Coming up with these law help because some of the hunter will stop hunting for Sun bear since they are scare that the government might find out about what they are doing and punish them. If the amount of hunter decrese it also show that their are less amount of Sun Bear being kill everyday. The second reason is that, Sun bear body part will also be sell more privately through the black market to avoid the government from finding out. This mean that not everybody can buy the Sun bear body part anymore since it is not sell publicly. This is a really good thing because the amount of Sun bear body part that will be put on sell will decrease since some people don't know where to buy it.

In the picture above it is showing the situation when the China government caught the smuggler who bring 213 bear paws into China by transporting it through a van across the China boarder line.
Science Discussion
The scietific solution that scientist have come up with which is building a Biology conservation really help the government to capture the victim easier and protect the Sun bear population. Below is a list of the thing that scientific solution have effect the government factor:

The first reason is that the government can focus on other places where some of the sun bear is still in a huge risk of getting kill by the hunter.The places where the Sun bear might be in a huge risk of getting kill are places where the reserve haven't been build yet because most of the Sun bear is not living in a protected area. Since the reserve haven't been build yet their is no fence around the Sun bear territory to protect the animal from the hunter, which mean that it is easier for the hunter to hunt for the Sun bear body part.

The second reason is that the government will have more time to do other stuff to protect the Sun bear, since the reserve have help the government a lot to prevent the hunter from killing the Sun bear. The reserve help the government by keeping most of the Sun bear in the reserve so they can reproduce and increase the population. The reserve also help to resuce Sun bear that have been kept as pet, international animal trade etc. By having some extra time the government can focus on the black market and try to capture the victim who play a big role in killing and torturing this animal just for money. Building a reserve really help the government factor since it help to reduce the amount of work that they have to do and the two thing that I have listed above. There is also negative thing that will effect the government if we decide to build the reserve and all of the negative thing that are listed below:

It is going to be pretty hard for the government to find a perfect place that is the size we need to build the reserve on, especially that place need to have an enviroment that is close enough to the natural Sun bear habitat.

The government need to support the reserve organisation with some money so they can build the reserve and rent other people every month to come and work at the reserve such as veterinary, nutritionist, zookepper, guard, etc.
Overall building a reserve have a possitive and negative effect on the government. Even though this Scientific solution have a down side I still want to build it because in this case the only thing that let this reserve down is the amount of money we need to spend. From my opinion I think that money is not a relly big problem since we have different organization and people around the world who would donate some money. After all I think that we should build the reserve because the possitive side is even more important. I think that it is more important because if the government spend more time capturing the hunter and punhish them under the law then no one will hunt for Sun bear anymore.
